iPetDesign Refund Policy

We take your satisfaction very seriously and are committed to providing you with high-quality customized products. Since our products are all customized, refunds are generally non-refundable once the order is confirmed and completed. However, we understand that there may be special circumstances, so we have the following refund policy in place. If the product produced after the picture is confirmed meets the refund conditions, only the fee paid for the customized product will be refunded. Customized picture fees and shipping costs will not be refunded. Products printed using images other than those customized by our online store are not within the scope of refunds .

1.Refund conditions

You can apply for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product has obvious manufacturing defects: such as printing errors, product damage or other quality issues.
  • Wrong product: The product you received does not match what was ordered.

Please note that since the product is customized, the following situations are not within the scope of refund :

  • Errors in design or size selection: Since customized products are made based on your choices, no returns will be accepted for personal errors in subjective judgment regarding design or size.
  • Slight color difference: Due to limitations of monitors and printing technology, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the picture, which is within the normal range and no refunds will be given.

2. Refund application process

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service via the following email within 7 days of receiving the product: support@ipetdesign.com

Please provide the order number, description of the problem, and photos of the relevant product as evidence. Our team will review your application after receiving it and get back to you within 3 working days.

3.Refund process

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 working days to process.

4. Policy update

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time, and the revised terms will be posted on the website immediately and take effect. Please check this page regularly for the latest policies.
