We at iPetDesign are committed to providing you with reliable and fast delivery services to ensure that your customized products are delivered safely and on time. The following are our delivery methods and related information:

1. Delivery range

We provide local and international delivery services in Hong Kong. No matter where you are, we will deliver your customized products to you.

2. Delivery method and time

We offer the following delivery methods, you can choose the most suitable solution according to your needs:

  • Standard delivery:

    • Hong Kong: Delivery within 5-7 working days.
    • International delivery : Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

    Note: The above delivery time is an estimate. The actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as holidays and customs inspections.

    3. Delivery costs

    • Hong Kong local delivery:

      • Standard delivery: HKD 29.9 (free delivery for orders over HKD 299).

    • International Delivery:

      • Standard delivery: HKD 150.

      4. Order processing time

      All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days after payment and design confirmation. Order processing time does not include delivery time.

      5. Order Tracking

      Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and you can check the latest status of your package at any time.

      6. Special Situation Handling

      If delivery is delayed due to weather, strikes or other force majeure factors, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist you in resolving the relevant issues.
